Refund policy

RETURNS:

Mama Deer wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but I understand things don't always work out. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We charge a $3.00 flat rate return fee to help cover the cost of shipping the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on. 

Items NOT eligible for a return are as follows:

  • Any item/orders not purchased at full price(promotion sale items)
  • Any items purchased at sale price, using discount codes, or flash sales.
  • Any items under the accessories tab : examples; jewelry, sunglasses, bags, hats
  • Leggings, Camis, or any other seamless wear
  • Bathing suits

How To Request A Return:

  • To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mamadeerboutiqe.com or log into your customer account. 
  • In your email please include Order Number (you will find this in your confirmation email) | Reason for the return | the item/items you wish to return
  • I will email you back a return label, and then all you have to do is package the items and drop it off at your nearest USPS location. Piece of Cake! 
  • Once I receive your return I will process within two business days. I will issue a refund back to your original payment method. Original shipping cost will not be included in your refund. Please be aware it may take up to 10 business days to receive your refund back to your account, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
